Reddish Devil

  • 3 1/2 ounce tequila Blanco
  • 1/2 ounce Lillet (French white vermouth)
  • 1 habañero slice, paper thin (wear latex gloves while slicing, avoid direct contact with skin)
  • Ice

Shake ingredients together in a martini shaker. Serve in a martini glass.

Chilé Chocolate Martini

  • 1 shot tequila Añejo
  • 1/2 ounce Godiva Dark Chocolate liqueur
  • 1/3 ounce Godiva White Chocolate liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Agavero (agave liqueur)
  • Pinch of toasted Ancho powder
  • Ice

Shake vigorously in a martini shaker. Serve in a martini glass.

Vampiro

  • 1 shot Sangrita
  • 2 ounces orange juice
  • 1 shot lime juice
  • 1 shot tequila
  • 1 shot dark beer

Mix ingredients together and serve over ice in a cocktail glass.
