Dos Equis and chilé Piqúin make a very interesting combination on your palette La Michelada
Mix equal parts ground chilé Piqúin and salt on a plate. Rim the outside of a pint glass with the lime and press into the chilé-salt mixture until the glass is thickly coated. Squeeze the remaining lime juice into the glass. Throw a dash of chilé Piqúin and a pinch of Kosher salt into the lime juice, then the ice. Pour in the beer. Garnish with a whole chilé Piqúin and serve. |
